Estimates are free and are based on the information available at the time. A final price is confirmed in writing before work begins. If conditions discovered during a project change the scope, we will discuss and agree on any changes with you before proceeding.
Scheduled work requires reasonable access to the work area. If a visit needs to be rescheduled, please give us as much notice as you can — we will do the same.
Payment terms (including any deposit) are stated on your written estimate or invoice. Invoices are due as stated on their face.
We stand behind our work. Any warranty terms applicable to your project will be stated in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, devices, and materials are provided by their manufacturers.
Wood & Wire Home Solutions is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
